The Light Impact Academy (LIMA) is the Bible academy of Lighthouse International Christian Centre where we “raise models of integrity and power” for God in this end time. It is a stage by stage process of turning raw materials into finished products fit for God’s kingdom and relevant in man’s world.
LIMA is a four-staged programme of turning sinners into saints; making the saints members of the Church – Christ body; maturing members into ministers and making a soul winner out of the ministers. The 100 level stage of LIMA – the MEMBERSHIP class – is a must for a would-be member of LICC. After this stage, it is required to proceed to the 200 level stage – MATURITY class – if the member wants to join the work force of the church. Any member for ordination into any office or ministry and a would-be leader in LICC must go through the MINISTRY & MISSION CLASSES (the 300 and 400 levels respectively).
The ultimate goal of LIMA and the Church is to see people trained and equipped for “the perfecting of saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ till we all come in the unity of faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ. Eph. 4:12 – 13; and to receive “Well done, good and faithful servant; you have been faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your Lord”(Mat 23:25) when before the Lord we shall appear.
